Projects come in two kinds. `kind: personal` is your own work; `kind:
contribution` is upstream open-source work and can carry `upstream`, `prUrl` and
`prNumber`.

Any entry with a `liveUrl` is surfaced automatically in the nav's Projects
dropdown, so live links stay data-driven rather than hand-maintained.
